HOW TO READ THE CALENDAR

• Pole Rainbow and Monochrome syllabus - coloured according to their colours. Beginner to Intermediate class consists of Pole Pink (Level 1 class) to Pole Red (Level 7). Intermediate to Advance class consists of 3 levels - Black, Grey, White. For more information, click here.
   

• Coloured Grey - Pole Jams and Pole Prac. For more information, click here.
   

• All other colours  - flexibility / specialty / monthly 2 or 4 weeks classes.
