POLE RAINBOW SYLLABUS CLASS
(LEVEL CLASSES - BEG TO INTERMEDIATE)


Want to be introduced to the world of Pole Dance/Fitness? The Pole Rainbow Syllabus consists of 7 levels which will provide you with the necessary skills all the way from pure beginner to intermediate level. Click link above to know more about it. 

POLE MONOCHROME SYLLABUS CLASS
(LEVEL CLASSES - INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCE)

After our Rainbow Syllabus comes our MONOCHROME syllabus, which consist of 3 levels - BLACK, GREY & WHITE! At White, students will attempt int-adv tricks such as the Deadlift & Phoenix! Up for the challenge?

POLE RAINBOW MONSTER CLASSES
(OPEN CLASS - INTRO/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE)

Students looking to increase their pole knowledge and combos should consider taking our Rainbow Monster Series, as it trains them to be more comfortable with their pole moves through a full range of tricks combos, revision of tricks (both static and spinny) from our Rainbow classes and some doubles tricks. 

POLE CIRCUIT TRAINING PROGRAMME (OVERALL FITNESS)

 

Click link above to find out more. This workshop is a 4-station circuit training that targets full body workout with 3 conditioning stations and 1 Pole Fitness station. The conditioning stations consists of exercises on the wallbar, gym equipments as well as floor exercises. At the pole fitness station, we will show and guide you through a series of exercises using the pole as an equipment. One does not need to know how to pole dance to be able to do these exercises. The exercises will also be adjusted to individual fitness level, hence, do not worry about the difficulty level.

GET YOUR INVERTS / SHOULDERMOUNT / HANDSPRING / DEADLIFT
(HONE YOUR TECHNIQUES)


This is a supplementary 4-weeks workshop which helps Polers achieve these basic inverts of Pole Dance/Fitness. We will have different workshop every month so look out for them through our monthly Calendar.

GET THAT FLEXY BACK / NEEDLE SCALE (FLEXIBILITY)

 

A 1.5 hours of stretching session targeted at back and shoulder stretches to help you achieve a more bendy back and open shoulders. 

GET YOUR SPLITS (FLEXIBILITY)

 

Always wanted to get your side and middle splits? This workshop is a 1.5 hours of stretching session targeted at hamstrings, hip flexors and calves stretches to help you achieve your splits!

ALL ABOUT ARMS TRICKS WORKSHOP (INT)
 

Rest your legs, let' s work your arms! Through this 4 weeks workshop, we will work on different areas of your upper body muscles achieving different types of Pole tricks such as forearm Pole tricks, momentum Pole tricks and flips/tumbles.
As an intermediate workshop, polers should be able to invert comfortably. Other than that, do not worry as we will have variations as well.

WORK THOSE ARMS / WORK THOSE LEGS (STRENGTH)

 

These workshops focus on building arm/upper body strength and lower body strength respectively. In Pole Fitness, upper body and arm strength is very important and crucial to many pole moves, even basic pole moves. Legs strength allows polers to do all the straight leg variations of pole moves and builds nicer lines. It also eases certain leg grip moves, making the move easier to execute.

FLOOR MONSTER AND CHOREO CLASSES (BEG/INT)

 

Pole Dance is ultimately a form of dance. After learning Pole tricks, learn how to piece these tricks into combos and merged with songs to form dance choreos. We have Beginner and Intermediate choreos during different months so look out for them through our monthly Calendar. Want to just learn heels floorwork? Join our Floor Monster classes which consists of mainly floorwork, suitable for all levels.

MAN UP YOUR POLE WORKSHOP (INT/ADV)

 

Want to learn man-styled tricks from our own male instructor? Take our one-time workshop class with Louis and learn some of his signature tricks and combos which are more man-styled. However, both males and females are welcome!! As an inter-advance leveled workshop, you are required to be able to aerial invert and handspring.
