POLE CIRCUIT TRAINING PROGRAMME

WHAT IS POLE CIRCUIT TRAINING?
It is a 4-station circuit training that targets full body workout with 3 conditioning stations and 1 Pole Fitness station. The conditioning stations consists of exercises on the wallbar, gym equipments as well as floor exercises. At the pole fitness station, we will show and guide you through a series of exercises using the pole as an equipment. One does not need to know how to pole dance to be able to do these exercises. The exercises will also be adjusted to individual fitness level, hence, do not worry about the difficulty level.
POLE CIRCUIT TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE
At PoleLAB, we hope to introduce the benefits of Pole Fitness to everyone! You do not need to be a Pole Dancer to be Pole Fit!
DETAILS
Duration of each session: 90 Minutes
Duration of each station: 15 Minutes
Duration of whole circuit: 60 Minutes
Warm up and Cool Down: 30 Minutes
Each session is $20/pax (90 minutes)
