A brand new workshop that trains your core strength which is essential for execution of Pole tricks and also, to have smooth and nice lines in transitions. Core strength - abdominal muscles, glutes muscles, legs muscles will all be worked on in this workshop. Conditioning will be done on the floor as well as using the pole.     Cancellation Policy
    1. Once classes are booked and confirmed, it is non refundable and non transferable.
    2. Any cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed session date/time to allow time for users on waiting list to be notified. Any rescheduling is subjected to availability.
    3. No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications.
