Back flexibility/mobility is important for everyday function and one of the key elements of Pole Dancing. We may often neglect to strengthen and stretch our backs. This class is a full back and shoulder stretch class and a good first step to open up those back muscles. It is also open to all levels.

    Cancellation Policy
    1. Once sessions are booked and confirmed, it is non refundable and non transferable.
    2. Any cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed session date/time to allow time for users on waiting list to be notified. Any rescheduling is subjected to availability.
    3. No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications.
