The following shall apply for all replacement classes, applicable for any missed classes or replacement classes falling on or after 15 March 2017:

 

1) Once classes/workshops are booked and confirmed, it is non refundable and non transferable.

 

2) Students to email polelab.replacement@gmail.com for any arrangement of replacement classes. Any emails regarding replacement classes sent to the main email (enquiry@polelab.com.sg) will not be replied.

 

3) Any cancellations or rescheduling for replacement classes shall be notified at least 48 hours in advance prior to the confirmed class date/time.

 

4) No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications. It also shall be reviewed on a case by case basis in the event of emergencies.

 

5) All classes are only subjected to one time rescheduling or replacement, provided conditions under point 2 to 4 are met.

 

6) A SGD $5.00 admin fee shall be applied to all replacement classes, payable on the date/time of replacement class at the studio in cash or nets.

 

7) Necessary top up for any replacement classes of higher values shall be in addition to the admin fee stated in point 6.

 

8) Any non-attendance of replacement classes shall be forfeited and not applicable for any further arrangements.

 

9) Students can only make up with classes up to the following month from the date of the missed class. All replacements are subjected to availability of the chosen replacement class.
