PoleLAB houses selected cardio and resistance machines that trains the above. If you want to sweat it out at the treadmill or have a spin on the bike or train your key muscle groups, you need not head to a separate gym before or after your pole training. We have it here for you at PoleLAB.

WALL BARS

Wall bar exercises are great for core and strength training. There are many varieties of exercises that can be done on the wall bar.

 

These bars are great for polers who want to work on their handsprings and iron-X moves.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
A 4-station circuit training that targets full body workout with 3 conditioning stations and 1 Pole Fitness station. The conditioning stations consists of exercises on the wallbar, gym equipments as well as floor exercises.
